Meet The Team

Hi, I'm Kylie; I'm a certified professional energy healer, yoga, mindfulness meditation teacher, and the creator of the Inner Child Healing Deck.

I made this deck because of my own healing journey and life transformation from inner child work. 

After coming to the US on my own, the book "Reconciliation - Healing The Inner Child" by Thich Nhat Hanh truly changed my life as it initiated a deep, life-long journey of inner child healing and reconnecting to the light within.

All the triggers and pain I encountered in my life all pointed back to the wounded inner child within me not feeling safe, seen, heard, or loved. My healing came from acknowledging this child and her needs… and loving her exactly where she was at.

I know that if I die tomorrow, my deepest longing is for every human being to know that no matter how wounded you are, you can always begin again and heal from your childhood. So why wait until I die to share this message? 

Inner Child Healing transformed my life, and I see it transform the lives of many others. This is why I stepped up and invested everything I have into creating this new oracle deck.

Hello, I am Rubi; I'm an animation and video games artist. When I was working on a project for Netflix in 2020, Kylie came to me about The Inner Child Healing Oracle Deck. It was like a prayer answered because I had asked Green Tara to guide me toward a project that aligned more with my spiritual growth and benefited others meaningfully.

I feel very blessed to be part of this team. Kylie gave the cards so much love, wisdom, and room to breathe and unfold naturally. For each card, the research and ideations held the most important role. I pulled from my reservoir of animation production knowledge, Tibetan Buddhism practices, symbolism/archetypes of world cultures, and storytelling moments from different sources, including Kylie's and my life experience. Playful and happy cards flowed out easily onto the canvas, while cards that dealt with difficult emotions required more space and solitude to be honestly depicted.

Some people told me about visual elements in the cards that resonate with them at a deeper level than I intended. It is an unexpected outcome, yet I sincerely wish these illustrations will speak to your heart in the wildest, most surprising ways. We can't wait to hear about your healing journey with it!

How Did The Deck Happen ?

Rubi and Kylie met in a meditation retreat in 2015 but did not have a chance to connect. It was not until January 2021 that they united their prayers.

Rubi the illustrator was praying and searching for a meaningful project that was more than just superficial animation.

Kylie the energy healer had been working on creating the inner child healing deck out of a desire to share the message “It is never too late to have a happy childhood”. She had a strong intention to connect with a great artist to bring her visions into form.

The universe listened to both of their prayers and brought them together.

Now Rubi, Kylie, and a whole team are working wholeheartedly to manifest the Healing Inner Child Oracle Deck. We enjoy the creative process and we hope you enjoy the product!
