I’d like to place an order

Thank you for your interest. As of this writing, Shipping has already started (10/28/2022). When you place an order, it should be shipped out in less than 2 business days* (please see the next question for details)

How long does my order take to ship?

When you place an order, the order is transmitted electronically to our shipping and logistics partner, where they have the products in stock as listed on the website at the time of your placing the order. Once they receive the orders, they usually pick, pack and ship the products by the end of the business day or in some cases by the end of the next business day. You will be able to track the order within 24 hours of the shipment having started. Shipping times, and when the order reaches you will vary based on your location, travel conditions and may be subject to force majure, i.e., any change in local conditions such as strikes, lockdowns etc, may have an impact

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do. At this time, shipping is limited to about 30 countries. Please go ahead and place an order and your country should populate in the ship to list. If your country name does not show up, it does not mean that we cannot ship to you. In some cases, we may not not enabled it yet, please ask, and we will be happy to add your country where possible.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the personal nature of the cards, all sales are final. However, in case of damaged products, please take open delivery in front of the delivery person, take clear photos and email them to us at admin (at) innerchildhealingdeck.us, and we will work with you on a solution.

I cannot find my country

If your country name does not show up, it does not mean that we cannot ship to you. In some cases, we may not not enabled it yet, please ask, and we will be happy to add your country where possible.

How long does it take for the products to ship?

If you’ve pre-ordered, your order is already in the process of being shipped (Oct 28th, 2022). The items will be shipped and fulfilled by a trusted fulfillment center based in the USA. You will receive the tracking number email when we are about to ship your items.

My tracking link does not work.

When the orders are packed by Shipmonk, they immediately send you the tracking number. However, it can still take upto a day or more, depending on when your deck was packed and it arrives at the shipping company, such as FedEx, USPS, UPS etc, receive the package and the package is scanned by them. The tracking link will become enabled at this point. If you have just received your email, please give it about 12 to 24 business hours before trying again
