The invitation is to allow yourself to have the courage to present, speak your truth, and share your feelings from your heart.

It can look like: name an elephant in. a room, challenge, dare to ask others to keep, or honor the mutual commitments in a relationship. Remember: you don't do anything wrong when you ask people to honor the mutual commitment.

When you heal and have more self-awareness, you start seeing things you haven't seen before. Do you allow yourself to speak up and share your evolving truth? Or you are holding yourself back because you don't know how people respond to that. Then you end up betraying yourself. Please remember that your needs and feelings can not be seen or met by avoiding communication.

Share your truth with self-awareness and loving speech, and also let go of the need to be correct or to be loved and approved.

Favorite childhood memory: The end of one season is the beginning of the new one. Maybe, a need to grieve for what happened and what didn't happen. Let go of any "self-judgment" into love and sweetness in that spirit. It can be nature, a cup of tea, a soulful and heartfelt conversation with a friend, a book, or giving yourself alone time.

Tenderness, love, and nourishment - are the energy you need to stay grounded and in the positive contraction stage.

Stand on your own feet: When you accept, restore, and nourish yourself, and your energy in the contraction stage, a big wave of expansion will be waiting for you. The invitation is for you to let go of self-doubt and self-sabotage to show up and share yourself, your light, and your gift with people, your community, and the world.
