Heal your perfectionist wound:

Are you planning to create something or release something to the world?

Do you feel resistance in yourself?

Do you feel you are holding yourself back or waiting for a perfect moment, the perfect version of yourself so that you can take action or move forward to what you want in life? 

The card appears this week, reminding you to take action toward what you are planning or what you want to do, even moving a needle for just an inch.

Don't wait until you figure out everything

Don't wait for the perfect moment.

Don't wait until you are perfect according to your self-idea image. 

The more you are in resistance, the more time and energy you spend. 

Most often, what is underneath the resistance is fear. So, you might want to ask yourself: What am I fearful about? What if I take one action to move forward with what I want in life? 

What support do you need to take action? 

Also, remember: let your action come from love, passion, curiosity, joy, and resources, not from the mentality of "lack and fear." People can feel your vibes. 

Be kind: Be kind to yourself and others. 

Be kind to where you are on your journey. 

Imagine you close your eyes, infuse them with love and kindness, then slowly open your eyes, look around your room, and look into what you have in your life right now with eyes of compassion and kindness; what do you notice differently? 

Be kind: a beautiful reminder to let your heart energy flow over with what you are doing right now, to yourself and to whomever you are in contact with. 

Let your kindness shine a little brighter today. The world needs your heart's energy and your kindness now. 

Heal your abandonment wound: 

You might feel some disappointment energy at the end of this week; it may trigger you or make you question your own self-value and your worthiness. 

This is an opportunity to pause, practice, look deep inside yourself, and discern what is true about yourself. What do you choose to believe about yourself? And remember, if the beliefs and realities are not simply yours or don't fix you anymore, you don't have to take them to your system. Just let it slide. 

Remember, you don't need external approval when you know yourself deeply. 

Also, this is a time to pause and reflect on where and when you have given yourself away, overgive, and overstretch yourself. Do you abandon your needs and yourself in some relationships? The resentment and anger will be there if you abandon yourself for a while—time to pause and reflect. 

In summary: the energy of the beginning of the week is movement, taking action, expanding with kindness, and in the end, is a pause, rest, and reflection with kindness.
